    1st weigh in

    1st weigh in last night after a week on SW and lost 4.5lbs, aiming for 2.5 next week to get my half stone award.

    Go for it, a positive attitude makes all the difference! I had my first weigh in last week, and lost 2.5lbs. I was weighed last night and had only lost 0.5lbs. But, I didn't get too down about it, I know where I went wrong. Amazing for atleast 2lb next week, 2lb week after to hopefully get my half stone by beginning of feb good luck with next week, I hope you get what you want! x

    Ah well done! 4.5lb is brilliant!!! I'm praying for 2.5lb for my first weigh in but just don't see how I can lose that with the amount I'm eating!!
