I hope I've put this is the right place. I'm using my phone to go online so can't see the full name of the sections.

I'm going to be a slimming world member in 4 days time, I have the free membership token from a magazine! Anyway my question is should I try shed a few pounds before my first weigh in or wait till I'm a member then it can go on record?

What has everyone else done?

Also how do you cope with a 1pm weigh in? I'm not going to want to eat or drink all day, my weigh ins are usually before breakfast.
