Hi all, firstly sorry if this is not the most appropriate place to post this, just new to this site.
Well, i re-joined SW in December after falling off the wagon and putting nearly all of the weight on i'd lost With it being just before Christmas I did struggle a bit and have done ever since! I feel like I got back back 'with it' a few weeks ago and has a couple of good losses which I was happy with.
But this weekend gone I celebrated ALL weekend as it was my birthday but felt confident I'd be back on plan from Monday, but this is not happening. I am worried that I have gone back into old habits and feeling very downbeat about it. I did very well from the start when i joined a few years ago so perhpaps I am putting a bit mush pressure on myself to the same now, even thought I KNOW I can do it.
I guess I just want to know that I am not the only on who has experienced a struggle at the start and if they got through it, as at the moment I feel like i'm out of control and I have no willpower!
Any little tips would be welcome, I am determined to do this again. I AM A STRONG, CONFIDENT WOMAN!!!
