    I've hit a wall :(

    I've been really struggling for the past 2-3 weeks I just can't get my mind into it
    ive supposed to be doing a sponsored slim for cancer research and really don't want to let anyone down.
    the first stone fell off so easily but this one just doesn't seem to want to budge. Has anyone got any advice or tips please? Many thanks xxx

    April 2014-2st 1lb
    May 2014 -2st 1lb (bad couple of months!)
    June 2014 -1st 10.5lbs-really bad month!

    Hi there! I am in exactly the same position. I started in January and had great losses - losing 2 stone 4 lbs, but the past 2 weeks I have been struggling as been thinking about the Syns so so so much!!! It was my little girls bday 2 weeks ago and since then I have been struggling after eating some party food!!!! I had my weigh in today and had put on 1/2 a pound! I know it's not the end of the world, but I am really gutted. How are you feeling now? x

    Well done to both of you as your weight loss so far is very good and please don't let a couple of slow weeks ruin what you have already achieved...everyone goes through these slow stages on their weight loss journey regardless of the type of diet they are doing but doing something different can get things going again in the right direction.
