    Sorry to hear you're not too happy with this weeks weight loss, i used to be disappointed with a 1lb loss but you just have to think that 1lb is still a loss and it's better than putting it on, you're still 1lb less towards reaching your goal.
    Week 1: -1lb, Week 2: -4lb, Week 3: -3.5lb, Week 4: -2.5lb Week 5: -0.5lb, Week 6: -1lb, Week 7: -1.5lb, Week 8: -1.5lb, Week 9: +1.5lb, Week 10: +2.5lb, Week 11: Next Weigh-in 29.04.14

    February:- 5lb
    March: -7.5lb
    April: +1lb

    Total: 11.5lb
