    Sorry to hear you're not too happy with this weeks weight loss, i used to be disappointed with a 1lb loss but you just have to think that 1lb is still a loss and it's better than putting it on, you're still 1lb less towards reaching your goal.

    December: -2.5lb, -1.5lb, -4lb Next Weigh-in 23/12/14

    Left To Lose: 95lb
