    Angry Disheartened

    Hi

    i started back on SW ee two weeks ago after doing absorbs to lose weight. I lost two pounds the first week and this week I weigh the same

    i have followed ee correctly and not gone over syns and I am so fed up

    i get married in September and so want to lose weight

    i could cry

    week 6=1 pound loss
    week 7=2 pound loss
    week 8=2 pound loss
    week 9=3 pound loss mainly calorie counting

    week11=2 pound loss
    week12=2 pound loss
    week13=2 pound loss

    Thanks for your post. I was doing calorie controlled for a while and limiting to 1700 a day but found I was hungry and got fed up of counting hence SW ee.

    i am not going to give up I am on week three and I feel better so I hope for a loss on Saturday to keep me motivated as I don't want to go three weeks with not much loss as I only have 154 days to my wedding

    fingers crossed the ee way works

    Im sure it will work your body might just need longer to adjust from the calorie counting.I normally follow sw green or ee for 5 days a week then calorie count for 2 days just because I feel more in control that way & that im sure im def not overeating on those 2 days.Its not everyones cup of tea but its working for me at the moment.Goodluck on your journey x

    i feel positive this week and someone even said I look like I have lost weight so maybe this week I might and my body will kick in fingers crossed. I will keep you posted thanks

    Hi I'm new to this and sw! I'm on my 3rd week now. I started of at 10.2 and now an 9.12. I'm reading about people losing so much weight in the first few weeks! Why isn't that happening for me? Am I doing something wrong? Is there anything else I could do?? Here's my diary for today:
    Breakfast: 2 weetabix with 250ml semi skimmed milk and then a banana
    Lunch: 1 wholemeal bread, 2 eggs, beans with salad
    Dinner: Bolognese made with quorn mince and salad
    Snack: grapes
    Syns, baked hoops and crosses = 4 syns
    2X Fun size bag of maltesers = 5.5 syns

    Thank you for the reply tamkat. I sometimes worry I'm not having enough salad and fruit! My 3rd a plate! Or could I not be loosing as much weight as my portion sizes are too big!! Xxx

    Well my third weigh in today and I sts again. I have been good and ate loads of super free foods and I still can't lose any weight. What am I doing wrong?

    should I try green instead?

    Yes I do but I do it via SW online website so not sure how to show that here

    i track everything and am eating tons more fruit than I ever did before and snacking wise I snack on fruit and at night a mug shot. Going for another ee day today and hope and pray that this week something happens

    I would def try green or red week,they worked for lots of people before ee came along.I have nothing against ee but maybe it just doesn't work for everyone? Be good to see some of the food you are eating so someone can help its really not fair for you to have stayed the same again so early on the plan xx
