Week one of extra easy

Monday - 14st 5 1/2
Tuesday - 14st 3 3/4
Wednesday - 14st 0 3/4
 
Thursday - 14st 1lb
Friday - 13st 13 1/2lb
 
Day 7 - 13st 13 1/2
6lb loss!
 
Day 8 - 14st 1
Day 9 - 13st 13 1/2
 
Day 10 - 13st 13
Hmmm so iv only lost 1/2 lb in 3 full days, compared to 5lbs last Thursday. Shall have to up my game and stick to plan !
 
Im a serial weigher too!! Its not good for you :p
 
I was a serial weigher!!!!! But last week in group out consultant said it's really not good as it can mess with your head. I didn't take a blind bit of notice. But when I went to weigh myself at home the next morning the battery had gone in my scales!!!!!!!!
So I haven't weighed all week!
I haven't got a clue what the scales will say tonight in group. And I haven't been 100% on plan this week as I had a birthday on weds and 3 meals out. I'm not eating anything after 12pm today!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I'm a serial weigher too and in my first week (proper wi tomorrow morning) I had lost 6lbs after just 4 days and then this morning I'd put a lb on :-( still, if that lb sticks around till tomorrow morning I'll still be pleased with a 5lb loss, but I'd have been happier with 6!!!

I'm a serial weigher. Weigh and record every day. Some days are disappointing but it's better than getting a bad shock. Couldn't cope with thinking I'd done really well all week then not losing. At least this way there are no big shocks.
