    Extra Easy: Another 1 lb off!!

    I am now 5 weeks in to SW and now have lost 6 lbs, prob could have been more but I do meet my friends for lunch/coffee and I have still been going and trying to be sensible, but after a failed 1st attempt a few years back, im rather liking SW now.
    You defo need to plan ahead a bit and get things in tho, but im surprised at what I can actually eat and feel full for ages.
    So roll on more pounds off!!

    Don't worry I've been doing it 8 weeks and I've only lost 8.5lb it's a little frustrating but I don't want to suffer either when my friends are going out etc
