Hello everyone. I did SW a couple of years ago and finding my old book today prompted me to kick my butt to start again. I can't afford to weigh in at class every week right now, but wanted to do it myself at home for now. I can't remember how many syns I got per day last time, could someone help me with how many I should have? I am 5'1" and 13.8stone.
