    First weigh in lost 8 pound on sw

    I joined slimming world last week and my book is like my bible but i kept getting a gut feeling that o hadn't lost any. Went to my first weigh in today and had lost 8 pound x

    so it will take more than a night to lose
    just keep motivated and smile
    one small loss is better than no loss!

    Its quite easy once you get to do it though i still have a longgg way to go but if i keep at it ill get there so will everyone else its just will power x

    You should do well first week you lose the most anyway because you lose water, i got my second weigh in friday x
