    Hi there! Just wanted to say that I rejoined SW last week and 9 pounds off in my first week :-) Come on let's all get in the zone and sort these weight problems out. We all just got to stay focussed, eat well and try and try to be a little more mobile or physically active. I am mega focussed into doing this this time and perhaps my ex fiancé will eat her own words, lol and I won't repeat them on here. I'm actually doing a physical training course on DVD too called 'Insanity' - which is a highly intensive cardio workout that you can do at home. Good luck in your own personal goals and carry on with the great support network that I've discovered on this site! There will be a lot less of us all by next week eh ;-)

    Brilliant result in your first week...the insanity workout must help a lot sadly i have fractured my second and third metatarsal bones in my left foot so cant walk let alone exercise for 12 weeks so will be relying on success express to keep losing until I'm mobile again
