Thread: Newbie. . What is going wrong

My daughter and I both go to SW (she's 20) we have spent the last 3 days doing and eating the same things. I have lost another three pounds and she has put on 4!! She is so disheartened and said she has never done any diet as thoroughly as she has been doing this one. we both lost our first 1/2 stone within 6 weeks but my daughters weight has since gone up and not down. She is now reluctant to eat any syns as she feels this has happened since she started adding 8 syns to her diet. HELP please i feel so sad for her.

I think one of the basic rules of SW is you MUST have Syns
