    Need to shift those last few pounds, so have vowed to stick 100% to plan and do exercise every day. Starting Monday 19th October.

    OK, so I managed to limit my syns intake over the weekend at OH's parents. Lots of exercise too, moving heavy oak furniture from the attic to the ground floor (running back up the 35 stairs to the top each time).

    Sunday 1st Green lots of flexible syns chopping wood for exercise!

    Sunday not quite on plan, but not mad either. In-laws over for the day & they brought dessert Otherwise a SW feast at lunchtime - toad in the hole with roasted onion gravy using Stacey's "Delia" recipe - see recipe section. It's not too bad syns-wise, as I only had a small portion.

    I reckon with an average of 12 syns over the first 6 days, my allowance of 15 for today plus 3 banked syns per day = a margin of 33 syns. So all in all within budget. The books are balanced!
