Thanks SkaterBoy, yeah just imagine how much better we'll feel being close to target for a change! Theres so much to do in the summer and I'm not missing out this year.
So I had an unexpected visitor on my doorstep the day before yesterday (my ex) I stupidly let him in, and let him stay over! This is why I had 24 unexpected syns. I've decided to allow myself 12 syns a day for now, then lower it to 10 in a month or so? I kind of wish there'd be more guidelines when it comes to syns - its the only negative thing I have to say about slimming world. Would be good if you got a syn allowance based on height and weight maybe.
I'm guessing a few people have flexi syns like I did on tuesday, I'll try to save them or stay within my daily allowance in future! I'm wondering if 12 is too much, I've noticed alot of people have 10, but I'm concerned about lowering once I reach a plateau .. maybe I should just get on with it and stop worrying!
Day 7
I cant remember! Something like toast and pasta I think, extra cheese for syns - I really need to start logging this every day. I would have been well under syns for the week though.
Day 8 Breakfast:
Shredded wheat (b) skimmed milk (a)
Snack:
Mini milk (1.5)
Lunch:
Plain nimble bread (b) 2 bananas
Dinner:
Syn free noodles, cheese (a)
Rose wine = 24 syns

Day 9 Breakfast:
2 quorn sausages, toast (b)
red sauce (2)
Lunch:
Cheese (a) omelette, spinach, mushrooms, muller light
Dinner:
Two quorn sausages, 3 nimble bread (8.5) fried egg
Syns:
10.5 - syns to make up
12 Day 10 -
no syns allowed
Breakfast:
Syn free pancakes, summer fruits, 0% greek yoghurt
Lunch:
Mushrooms on toast (b)
Dinner:
3 laughing cow (a) syn free chips, syn free curry with quorn pieces - yum! lol I even left 1/4 of the plate, I normally force myself to finish everything, but I felt soo full and it wasnt even a huge portion.
