Evening all!
So for tea I had fresh cod (or was it haddock? Can't remember now!) slimming world chips, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with one level tablespoon of brown sauce (1 syn)
Didnt go on my Wii Fit today as the day just didn't work out that my way but I did power walk around the supermarket this evening.
I did also have one Alpen light bar too (healthy extra b)
All in all - 3 syns today which I'm pleased with

Morning all!
This morning I've had some strawberries, a banana with a vanilla Muller. I've just munched on a Weetabix bar (healthy extra b)
I do love the autumn/winter when it's chilly and your cosy in your house but I don't think I'll be look forward to eating breakfast is near enough darkness and then coming home to tea in the dark too.. Hmmmm..
(just thought I'd throw that out there)

We steam ours VickiIt hasnt got too much taste to be honest but hubby has a bit of salad cream with his (weird?) and I have brown sauce on the side as you know.
To be honest - I'm at a point where as I dont really care what some things taste like - I just want to feel full enough so I can lose weight. Is that too random? haha. I feel like through the day I have lots of scrummy things that I dont mind missing out on the things i'd normally add on etc (extra cheese, etc)

Weight related but random post...
I'm going to throw this out there... It's been my biggest concern and I know no one will have a definite answer but...
I'm really worried about getting a saggy stomach. I'm 26 and started off at 19st 4. I'm only around 5 foot 3 / 5 foot 4 and I do have a little overhang now when I'm stood up, maybe an inch(?)
I just feel like when I was at my biggest I'd see people who lost alot of weight and that they were unhappy with lose skin and I'd think to myself "just be grateful you've lost the weight! You cant tell when you've got clothes on!" but now I KNOW this is going to happen I can understand that you feel like you've gone through a major battle... To then be left with a reminder would be upsetting after all of your hard work.
I'm kinda looking to see if any of the target members / lost a similar amount of weight can reassure me that they were ok? I'm not expecting washboard stomachs! No way but just not overhang.
Is this a stupid post? I'm really sorry and i certainly don't mean to offend anyone but I feel if I don't put that out there to you all then I can't get a respond.
Anyway - I've been moisturising my stomach and hips religiously although I'm not sure if that will change my fate?!

Sorry about the long response, but this is going to take some explaining:
8 years ago I had 7 stone to lose - I started at bang on 20 and was aiming for about 13 stone (I was 25 then). This over hanging skin was a big concern to me and I told my consultant this. She suggested that I should try and exersize to minimise the chances. Being that over weight if I had tried running/going to the gym I would have given myself heart attack!! So I went swimming once a week.
The first few stones droped quite easily, the last two stones were hard work - really hard work, each week losing 0.5lbs per week is tough, but as everyone says its a small step in the right direction, they all add up to get to your target weight.
When I got to 13 stone (bearing in mind my height!!) I was a size 12 and feeling good - I had NO hanging skin, just a flat stomach (with a few stretch marks if I'm honest - they faded in time)and got invited to do a two page spread in womans own magazine, I got paid for it too!!
I think I got away with it because I was young (and still consider myself young I would like to add!). Long story short, you are young and your skin is still very elastic, you'll be fine. I think the swimming did help to get that flat stomach though!
If I work up the courage I will post the pictures of me in womans own - but I find those pictures very upsetting. I spent the following 7 years putting most of it steadily back on. This is hard for me to type as I know I only have myself to blame for this and it makes me angry, but thought I should share with you as it CAN be done, I am proof that you will be fine x
Awww thanks Vicki. I appreciate you sharing this with me - it means alot. I know no one can guarantee what's going to happen but it's reassuring that you lost an awful lot of weight and managed to have a good figure at the end of it. Although I'm sure it's hard for you to think of... In one respect it is proof in your mind that this is not impossible, you can lose that much again and have that figure back.
I put my target as 12 stone on everything because thats when I felt slim and I feel I won't be able to get further than that although for my height it should really be 9 stone (half my current weight - eek) but I'll have to see when I get "there"
What sort of time period did it take you and how did you manage it?

Evening everyone!
I feel like I've been a little bit more hungry than usual but that's probably because I've been home all day and a little bit bored...
I've done 4x short jogs on the wii fit and a couple of the other games. I want to keep on track with building up my fitness a little.
In total I've had 6 syns today. It's more than I intended but i figured it's not that bad considering how bored I was!
I took those "before" photos. They're not quite before but I can assure you that I look terrible in them!
Ive just got out of the shower and I have one of those wrap around towels that has Velcro on them. Previously when I was at my biggest the only way it tied was if I fastened it under my boobs but now it fits if I wear it properly! Yay! (just a random fact for the day)
I haven't noticed much difference in clothes yet really and I don't expect to for a little while yet so I'll look forward to it.
I'm really looking forward to weigh in on Tuesday. It's a total different feeling to last week because I know I've been particularly good this week plus I've introduced a little bit of exercise.
Anyway - thats enough babble for a little while
