    Luck has nothing to do with it. Just stick to plan and the body will eventually be forced to burn fat for energy. It may take time after a relapse but it will happen.

    You are already winning anyway just by eating healthy .... well done with eliminating the choccy biccys

    2.5 off for me and decided something, last week I ate veg and all things good thy I didn't really like to get a good loss and I lost 1.5 - this week I tried fish as other stuff that's meant to be good but I didn't really like - and I'm getting no bigger loss than my usual - so this week im just going to follow plan the way I have been - eating whats good that I like and not just eating what I don't like just cause its 'good' for plan!

    Still on track for my 3st for end of November - another 2 next week please!

    Hello!

    Yesterday's food:

    Banana for breakfast

    Lunch was a small mccains jacket potato with tuns and sweet corn

    Dinner was..... Urrrm can't remember lol urrrrm, oh yeah 3 Jamie Oliver Pollock and sweet corn fish cakes 2.5 syns each but really nice! And mushy peas and wedges

    I've noticed I think I'm over eating! This past few weeks I would have my lunch and then wether I wanted it or not I'd eat a grapefruit or grapes or strawberries just because I wanted to eat speedy food - surely eating speedy food when your actually full is doing more halm than good?
    Also I noticed I eat a Load of fruit! I know fruit on this plan is good, but there's still a lot of sugar in fruit - like I say, I think forcing it down cause its good for me isn't really right, so I'm making an effort this week to listen to my body as to when I'm actually hungry and then full

    Today food:

    B - weetabix

    L - two Quarn peppered steaks (0.5 syn each) with a side salad

    A few of my fave new snacks (ham wrapped around a pineapple chunk, with a cocktail stick to keep it all together) even tho cocktail sticks are free on the plan, I never eat them

    Tonight I'm off out with my lovely other half for a curry, will order dry starter, tomato based main, skip the naan and maybe treat myself to a popadom


    I have a bottle of wine for tonight and tomorrow night and keeping syns low this week to compensate

    Tomorrow:

    B - weetabix

    L - pasta in a tomato and garlic sauce and a side salad

    T - mini BBQ, home made burgers, prawn skewers and salad

    Hi ems! Loving The new profile pic enjoy your curry with oh. I've also cut down on the fruit I was eating loads of it and as u said there is a lot of sugar in it, I have pcps too so have to keep an eye on how much sugar I have. Dunno if it's made any difference but I'm not hungry!

    Hello ladies and thanks!

    Had a looovely meal out - officially full now! Not stuffed to the point of feeling sick, which is a habit of mine when nice food is about! I stopped once I started feeling full
    I always said I would put before and after pics on as soon as I had 'after' ones, I'm so chuffed with the pic OH took of me tonight tho, usually I make him take loads to find one I like but this was the first and only one he took and I can really see a difference - I know nobody else will see a difference as I haven't really added pics of my 'before' self but I do actually like this pic

    I'm thinking at the beginning of December - when I'm hopefully a total of 6stone lighter I'll add my 'before' and 'now' pics on

    It isn't the best pic as the clothes are all loose fitting but I'm showing it anyway lol

    Evening all! Weigh in tomorrow and struggling to remember what I've eaten this week - its all Ben on plan or within syns tho! Something like this:

    Thursday - cant remember but had 0 syns - Friday I also has 0 syns because Friday night I went out for a curry, worked everything out to about 20 syns so did well there - had 10 spare!!

    Saturday was good - I had lunch out - chicken and bacon burger - the only bad thing was the bun it came in - I saved my daily 15 syns for that

    Other than that meals have been great - even last nights BBQ I had slimming world burgers, chicken tandoori skewers and prawn skewers - used 7 syns for my burger bun - had salad for lunch Sunday, Monday and today, tomorrow I think I'll go for ryvitas and some low low cheese spread and fruit - I've cut down a lot on my fruit this week - usually going through a few tubs of strawberries and 4/5 grapefruits I've had half a watermelon and a tub of cherrys all week

    I'd like 1.5 tomorrow to finally get my 3stone! I've also spent so long in the 17 stone area once I hit 16stone I don't plan on staying long to make up for lost time in the 17's! Currently tho I'm 17st 3lbs! Started my journey at 20st 1.5lbs so yay for me! I actually plan to end this year at the top 14 stone mark which will be fantastic! I haven't seen 16 for so long let alone anything lower!

    Anyway will update tomorrow with my hopeful loss - I just hope the fact that (too much info about to be delivered.....

    I've just exploded with ... Diarrhoea and really bad stomach pain like I can only imagine childbirth to be like (lol) won't mess with the scales too much tomorrow at WI!

    Anyway y'all can get back to reading non toilet related diary entry's now
