morning huni.
i quite often forget my superfree :s
on wednesday i went swimming for about 1 hour n half was great fun
thursday 12th jan ee day
breakie - muller light
lunch - melon, ham and seafood stick
snacks - 6 x finn crisp (hxb)
dinner - gonna attempt sw kfc chickennot sure what with yet thou
hxa - 250ml semi skinned milk
6 x glasses of water
weigh in tonight hopeing for a loss but we will see![]()

Hi hun, hope wi went wellxxx
I use the recipe from SW Sauces book it's high in syns but worth it for special occasions:
2 level tbsp cornflour
284ml skimmed milk
113g Stilton Cheese
142g Fat Free Fromage Frais
Salt and Pepper
Blend cornflour with a little of the milk to make a smooth paste. Pour the remaining milk into a pan and bring to the boil, then add the cornflour mixture stirring continuously for 1-2 mins until thickened. Add stilton. reduce and simmer, stirring often, until melted.
Remove pan from heat and gradually beat in Fromage Frais, season well and reheat gently, do not boil as fromage frais will curdle.
That serves 4 and is 8.5 syns per serving. Enjoy xx

i lost 3 pounds this week i am so happy feel like i am getting back on track finally.
