    Bop's Road to Holiday!

    So I am going to be going on holiday on the 15th July. Its my first trip abroad properly and i'm crazy excited. I'm going to Kefalonia for 2 weeks and I would love the confidence to stroll around without tights on, or feel okay about bring in a swimsuit. I lost 50lbs before christmas taking me down to 242lbs however I managed to put 8lbs on around the festive period (Back at home from uni, 21st birthday and christmas.) So I have another 85lbs to go to target (165lbs) and 27 weeks till holiday. Im hoping to lose at least 5 stone before holiday, which will make me 13 stone, however having my final target gives me something to strive for. Going to be using this to write my ramblings and food diary for each day ( I'm on EE) and hope that I can get back into the swing of things

    Day 1 - Tuesday 3rd January 2012.

    Breakfast - Alpen Light bar (1/2 HEXB)

    Lunch - 2 Jacket potatoes topped with 1/2 packet of chickenn supernoodles (5 Syns) and HEXA of cheddar cheese.

    Dinner - Root vegetable soup with red lentils and chopped up chicken breast. Served with 2 slices of wholemeal bread from a small loaf (1/2 HEXB + 3 syns) Followed by syn free trifle with lots of fruit

    Snacks - 1 Apple, 2 cups of tea (dashes milk = 1 syn)

    Daily syns - 9
    1 x HEXA
    1x HEXB

    Bit of a boring day today as just getting back into the swing of things after moving back to uni/

    Have you got a picture of the type of swimsuit you want? I'm hanging a bikini top on my wardrobe door to remind me each morning and keep me motivated and I've found that it's definitely helped with the motivation to get started properly next week once we've been shopping

    Thats such a good idea. My student loan goes in next week so think I might buy a really nice swimsuit in the size I want to be by holiday and leave it where I can see it! Thanks for the idea hun! xx

    Yes, pretty similar times, I think you're just a month after us I bet you can't wait. 2 weeks in the sun, pure bliss

    Yes I do have a diary, think it's on page 2, but there isn't much in it at the moment as I'm not starting until monday as we need to go and do a big food shop lol

    I've been ordering f cup bikini tops and pants ready to alter before we go. I find that my cup size doesn't change, just the back size lol and the smallest I've been since uni was a 38f lol. So I found some la senza bikinis in 38f, then I'm going to get my aunt to alter the back band for me

    I really can't wait, never been on an aeroplane before so nervous but know it will be amazing, my boyfriend and I's first holiday together too

    I will go and find it now and subscribe so I can start following it come next week

    Once you're up in the air it's great. I've only ever flown a few times and take off and landing gets to me, but a bit less each time

    Day 2 - Wednesday 4th January. EE

    Breakfast - 2 rashers bacon on 2 small slices wholemeal bread with ketchup (HEXB + 1 syn)

    Lunch - Root Vegetable Soup.

    Dinner. Tried out the Cheesy tuna pasta bake with a few vegetable changes (spring onion for regular onion and courgette for broccoli). Also added a red pepper. This was so delish. Had to syn it as used light philidelphia instead of quark and some extra cheese. (HEXA + 3 Syns) But worked out at 7 syns.



    Snacks today were half a pomelo and 2 dashes of milk in 2 cups of tea (1 Syn)

    Got peckish so just had a fruit salad topped with a muller light! Yummy and Superfree! (or free in the yoghurts case)

    Syns for the day - 9
    1 x HEXA
    1 x HEXB

    Also tried making the slimming world ferrero rochers for tomorrow. Work out at 1.5 Syns for 2. They look and smell delish!
