would like to be slim
Well in the past i have done CD and WW.

Dont like the VLCD option as i cannot cope with NOT physically eating for weeks on end.

WW has changed now with the pro points system and felt it was too restrictive.

Having followed a few friends doing SW and seeing what they eat and how NOT strict it is, i just had to try it.

I went to group 9th Jan PM and officially started on 10th January :) Lost 1.5lb the first week after a meal out and a bottle of white wine to myself the night before wi. *oops*

Will be back on Tuesday with hopefully a better loss :)
 
Hi Hun I'm on my 3rd week of SW and have lost 8lbs so far I love the plan and never feel hungry or like I am missing out :)

Im glad there was a loss, i stepped on my scales before i left and its said i hadnt lost anything so i dreaded the scales when i got there.... Scales are saying i have lost 3lb this morning so lets hope the ones tomorrow at least say the same and not less :)

I'd love to be diet buddies with you and Claire, count me in! I have to admit to being rubbish this week but plan on getting back on track next week (long story but my husband works abroad, we are abroad at the mo and I won't get my SW books that have been delivered to my Mum and Dad's til Tuesday - I really think I need to have a good read through them, excuse or what eh!) On a serious note I'd really like to buddy up with people that are going through the same thing :)

We're in the Middle East, it's actually not been that nice weather, well when I say not nice it will be warmer than the UK haha! I'm home tomorrow for four weeks so going to try and get to some classes to give me all the info and a kick start, I'm actually really looking forward to it!

So my class is next Tuesday (going to drag my Mum along for moral support!!) so Im looking at an official start date of 1st Feb but will be trying to do damage limitation til then!
