I just need to exercise some carb control...........
So here's my EE plans (subject to change) for today - 4th Feb
Breakfast
Red pepper and mushroom Omelette
Baked Beans
Lunch
Quorn Chilli (leftovers)
Roasted BNS, courgette, peppers and red onion
Dinner
Tango chicken (haven't got any Fanta!)
Low Fat noodles
Dinner changed
Bacon
poached egg
mushrooms
tomatoes
beans
bread(hexB)
Melon
Mini cheddars 6.5
Syns for the day = 6.5..............until the bar openedand the gawd knows! lol
So, I'm gonna over guesstimate again and say.....
Day 4 total syns 90/105 which leaves me 5 syns each day for the rest of the week - that's plenty
Oh and my 3 positives.......before Jackie checks up on me.....
1. It's the weekend - no work! WooHoo
2. Had a lovely 2hr romp with the dogs this morning. Bit Brrrrrrrrrrr, but very invigorating
3. Looking forward to my day and more positives......

food sounds really yummyEE didn't agree with me but I always did the odd day, and actually thinking about it the way I eat at the moment is very EE so maybe that explains hugely why my weight doesnt move much

Your EE day looks fat.. Not many carbs there so fantasticxxx

I think EE is fine but you have to watch it or you can easily carb overloadthis is what I have done wrong, the bread, the rice, etc etc. In moderation, What you are having today to me is a very good example of EE, not too many carbs. Everyone is different though, carbs, pasta, rice bloat me

i always do EE seems to work better for me, as long as i keep to the 1/3 sf rule. i do watch the carbs,I try not to have potatoes. rice and pasta in the same day
your food for today sounds lovely
didn't do 2 hours with the dog but did a decent hour and 20 mins
bit nippy and felt like i was ice skating in parts

1hr and 20mins with the dog is fabaroonie Mandy! Mine would have been shorter than 2 hrs had I been walking all the timeI spent a good 10mins sat on a stile(sp?) waiting for the dogs to come out of a bush!

i've been busy thinking about housework and walking Carla but not done either yet
I have done baking and washing up and haven't touched any of the baking I made , mind you maybe that says something about my baking
My worst carb is breadI love it, it hates me, so I allow myself two slices a day, but today I've cut that back to one to see if it helps
