Ok this is my first page of my new life! I have been trying to lose weight for 20 years and keep trying and failing I love reading lots of diary's and thought it might actually help me. So here I am - I am starting a new job later in the year which will mean me going and meeting suppliers and don't want to feel fat and out of control I have at least 10 stone to lose probably even more but I will be happy with that and realise that its not going to happen overnight but really want to start taking control and making some steps to correct this mess I have created.
steps to start
Make lunch each day for work
Stick to slimming world one day at a time
drink 2 litres of water a day

I had a burger tonight actually i had 3 ! hubby said I am having a bad day and want a big fat tea so no arguments from me I went ahead and made burgers and managed 3 why do i do it to myself i have all hte reasons at the moment to get sorted and stay on track but no burgers here I come

but if you make it into a spritzer with diet lemonade, it makes it go further!
