Hey guys.
So, I've decided to join here, and keep this diary type post thing, mainly to keep myself motivated, and reading other people's stories will hopefully help as well!
I joined slimming world 3 weeks ago (as of 15/03/2012) and so far I have lost 13lbs.
My start weight was a whopping 23st 5 and a half lbs.
To lose almost a stone in 3 weeks feels absolutely amazing, and I don't even feel like I'm on a diet!
I'm still having treats (like chocolate and crisps) every now and again, mainly to use up my syns, as I really find it hard to use my syns! (I never thought I'd say that!)
I don't really have a time when I want to lose a certain amount of weight by, but I'd like to reach my first target of 21st by the end of April. That would really make me feel good about myself.
So, I'm setting my first goal here, which is to reach 21st!
I'm hoping to keep this diary thingy as a place where I can come to just ramble when I'm finding things harder than normal and where I can update my progress every week, or more often!
I hope to meet some more people in similar situations to me, or anyone really who's trying to lose weight! (So I guess that's all of us haha!)
