Christinas diary!! Back on the plan!!

Im back on the plan after gaining 2 stone in a short amount of time. I hope i lose it sooner rather than later and i am looking forward to sharing my journe with you guys. If you have any motivational tips to keep me on top of my journey i would really appeciate it as staying motivated is something i find rather difficult.
today i am hungover!! but i made an omeletter wth onions, mushrooms tomatoes and a nice salad, also had fruit, 2 x activia yoghurts and a chicken stir fry.

Just wanted to say well done on starting the plan! I wrote a similar post yesterday and had no replies-didn't want u to b in the same boat, thinking there's no one here reading ur post!

Philadelphia light is my new favourite thing- 70g for HE A and I use it to make tomato sauces creamy, or use extra and add milk(synned of course!) and make stroganoff or similar sauces.

Also speed foods like melon and pineapple seemed to have really helped my weight loss. (lost 7.5lbs in 2 weeks)
 
Well done to you both for taking that brave step of coming back!
I did it too! Lost 5 stones and then managed to regain almost 2. It's all gone now - took 11 weeks.
I'm sure that you'll be successful but good luck on your journeys.

And I love Philadelphia so will be giving that a go haha.

I find that not using a b option or breakfast helps with snacking - I have an omelette in the morning with onions and mushrooms and a salad then have a sandwich for lunch and a salad for dinner - my first weigh in tomorrow. Do you ladies find that you stay more motivated with a once a week weigh in? I have scales at home it's so annoying I keep jumping on them lol
