I think I will modify the soup recipe and use butter beans instead of baked beans, fresh carrots, fresh onion and some basil, perhaps I will like that better, although by the time I finished my bowl of soup today, it was ok.

i've got some of the Moroccan chickpea soup on the go for tomorrow using half the recipe amounts

really pleased with a 2kg (4 pounds 6 and a half ounces) loss in my first week back. 13kg to go to my target.

the 11pm bowl of porridge worked a treat, kept me going till 4 along with an apple at 2am
