Ok for the past couple of months or so I have wanted to loose weight. At first I tried cambridge for a couple of days but it just wasnt for me. I am 11 stone and just wanted to loose 1stone so thought cambridge would be a good idea not!! so my mum told me about slimming world i started to do it from home but was not seeing any losses so stopped. A couple months later when i started back uni i tried slimming world again but with constant temptations of takeaways there was still no more losses. So one day i decided to try out a vlcd the kee diet where i have a shake,soup and bar and a low calorie meal in the evening adding up to 800 calories with a limited list of foods. by day three i decided to go back to slimming world so I joined online this time for extra support and syns online. As i have so much products left i have decided to stick with the 3 products and a slimming world meal in the evening untill all products are finished then do slimming world full time.
