Have been doing weightwatchers, and just about every other diet under the sun for don't know how long. Was out with a friend at weekend and she mentioned SW saying was one of the best diets she had tried. I am not great for classes, works long hours and travel a good bit, but have read that the online SW is not as good as WW (mind you did not help me lose weight!).

I know some people do it on their own, but I quite like online stuff, since keeps me focused - do people find SW online quite good, do you get everything that you get in classes (apart from people!), and is the diet quite easy to follow?
