getting slim!

i joined slimming world on the thursday just gone & love it! i left feeling so possitive & motivated, its great: i love this site, it offers so much support & everyones so friendly, so i thought i'd start my own diary. my start weight is 10st 10lb, & my first go goal is 9st 9lb which is my club 10. so i'll start with what i ate yesterday,

akfast: apple

asher x2, lettuce & tomato in wholemeal bread(hexb) & 1tbsp ketchup(1syn)

assic chicken curry (made this for the family from the sw curry recipe book, everyone absolutly loved it & it was so easy to make!)[h=3][/h]realised i only had 1 syn today so i took a highlights fudge hot chocolate(2syns)& a alpen light(3syns) to bed with me:)

total syns: 6

Hey :) Im just about to start slimming world as well, except this is the second time round and i put my weight back on lol,I'm determined this time, have you set a mini goal for xmas? I might do that see if that will motivate. X
 
Hiya, we'll do it together!hehe, the Christmas goal, I'm hoping for at least half a stone by Christmas, would love to get 10lb off but 7lb seems more realistic:) how about you?xx
 
day 2
breakfast: poached egg on toast (1/2 hexb) grapes, banana.

lunch: breadx2 (other 1/2 hexb + 3syns), 2 tsp flora light (2 syns), 30g cheese (hexa), ww raspberry tart yoghurt, apple.

snack: banana

dinner: quorn sausagex2 (2syns), mashed potato, beans.


total syns: 7
 
Day 3
Breakfast: 2eggs scrambled, wholemeal breadx1 (1/2 hexb) 2tsp flora light (2 syns)

Lunch: sw chilli, rice, chocolate orange mullerlight

Tea: 2 wholemeal bread (other 1/2 hexb +3syns), 30g cheddar (hexa), turkey rasherx2, 2tsp flora light (2syns), banana

Total syns: 7syns

Finding sw great so far,so easy to stick to!:) hope it's not to good to be true,I shall find out Thursday..
 
Day 5
breakfast: vanilla sprinkled with chocolate muller light, banana, few strawberries.

lunch: tuna mayo (1 syn), salad (lettuce, carrot, pepper, cucumber, tomato), boiled egg, banana.

Dinner: cheesy beans (hexa), sw chips, turkey rashers, egg fried with flylite, wholemeal bread (hexb), 2tsp flora light (2syns), 1tbsp tomato ketchup (1syn).

& im going to bring a options hot chocolate to bed (2 syns).

total syns: 6
 
Day 6
Breakfast: 2 wheatabix (hexb), ss milk (hexa), banana.

Snack: banana, apple

Lunch: wholemeal pasta, 1tbsp mayo (1 syn), tuna, salad (lettuce, tomatoes, carrot, pepper, cucumber)

Snack: chocolate orange muller light

Dinner: pasta (again oops,needed something quick and easy!) passatta, sweetcorn, 2 quorn sausages (2 syns), 2 el cheese triangles (2syns)

Also had Turkish delight options got chocolate, which tasted lush btw!(2 syns) and a few rich tea finger biscuits (3 syns) before bed:)

Day 7
Breakfast: toffee muller light, banana, strawberries, grapes

Snack: chocolate fudge alpen light (1/2 hexb)

Lunch: pasta, passatta, sweetcorn, 2 el cheese triangles (2 syns)

Snack: cherry bakewell alpen light (1/2 hexb), banana

Dinner: salmon, green beans, baby corn, peas in pod, lemon cous cous.

Turkish delight hot chocolate and biccis before bed again,love itttt!(5 syns)

Total syns: 7

Weigh in tomorrow! Quite excited really, bit nervous though as I chucked the scales out so im not tempted to hop on them, so I have no idea how I'm doing! As long as its a loss I'll be happy though:)
 
Day 8 - weigh in!

Breakfast: vanilla chocolate muller light, banana

Snack: satsuma

Lunch: homemade sw vegetable quiche, salad

Snack: vanilla muller light

Dinner: jacket potato, 1tbsp flora light (2.5 syns), beans, cheese (hexa)

Turkish delight options hot chocolate(2 syns)

I lost 2.5lb at weigh in! Very happy with that:)
 
Day 9
Breakfast: mint chocolate muller light, banana

Snack: grapes, satsuma

Lunch: wholemeal bread (hexb), chicken, lettuce, 1tsp flora light (1syn)

Snack: vanilla muller light, rich tea fingers (3 syns)

Dinner: sw chips, ham, red cabbage, egg

And I just got back from the cinema,where I consumed I expect a ridiculous amount of syns in pick'n'mix. Went to see twilight with my mum,so it was just a one of treat really, it's the beginning of the week so I'm hoping it won't do to much harm and I can make up for it with the treadmill and eating minimal syns through out the rest of the week. The cinema was great though, had a lovely time.

Total syns: no idea,way to many though:p

Lunch: syn free sausages, mash potato, oxo cube made into gravy, green beans, baby corn, carrots

Tea: beans, sw quiche

Options hot chocolate(2 syn) rich tea fingers (2)

Total syns: 6
 
Im new to minimins but have been reading over diaries for a while now for extra motivation! It looks like your doing great, well done on this weeks loss!! Xx

Breakfast: banana and custard muller light

Snack: grapes snack bag, satsuma, double chocolate alpen light (1/2 hexb)

Lunch: sw quiche, salad, cherry bakewell alpen light (1/2 hexb)

Snack: toffee muller light, banana

Dinner: salmon, green beans, baby corn, carrots, cous cous

And currently eating a fun size bag of maltesers, watching im a celeb get me outta here, savouring each and every one!;) (5.5syns)
