Monday morning, my first day back on SW. It feels good to be taking control.
I have made a cous cous and tuna salad for lunch, pear, two tangerines and an apple. i have 2 alpen lights for syns.
breakfast 2 weetabix and milk.
i have avoided the scales this morning, I don't want to start hopping on them every morning as they have in the past set my mood for the day, good if they show a loss and low and disheartened if there is no loss.
i have put some coins in an old purse to limit spending when the sandwich lady comes around!
