    Dougals new start diary


    Hello all

    I have been a lurker on here for quite some time but have never actually posted anything!

    Up until last year I had lost nearly 4 stone on slimming world but over the past 12 months or so I have been 'playing' at it and have gained and lost the same 1/2 stone. I figure if I post my food diary / thoughts on here then I would have to take responsibility and get my bottom into gear. I would be happy to get to 12 stone, which technically is still too much for my height, but I feel that I would be happy at that weight. The lowest weight I got to last year was 12st 6.

    Any advice gratefully received. Hopefully I will keep up this diary to keep me on the right track. I think this is a fantastic website and i have used many recipies from this site, as well as using many of the tips and help.

    Tuesday 27th November

    Extra Easy
    Breakfast Banana. Pear. Cottage Cheese.FF Yoghurt
    Lunch Jacket Potato, Asda Chickpea Dahl
    Dinner Slimming World chips / Mushy Peas. 1 Slice Wholemeal bread (HEB)
    Snacks Curly Wurly (6 syns) jelly Belly beans - 15 sweets (3 Syns) - Total 9 Syns
    Water 2 Litres / Coffee (Milk HEA)

    Dinner Diet Coke Chicken, Wedges (fry light) Mushy peas or garden peas

    Drinks Coffee (milk HEA)
