Rhi's Food Diary
I've decided that i'm going to start a food diary more to keep myself under control more than anything else.
I started SW 2 weeks ago and lost 8.5lbs on my first weigh in (I thought I'd been really bad). 2nd weigh in tomorrow and I'm not sure how I feel about it. As long as it's a lose then I'll be happy.
So from tomorrow - 10/12/2012 - the food diary will begin
Breakfast - apple and pear and 2 Hi-Fi bars (they are gorgeous and I'm using them as my HEXB).
Lunch- Salad pot with sweet chilli chicken topping (yummy)
Tea- Wholemeal pasta, left over homemade roast veg soup (very little) as a sauce and 5 small sausages
Diet coke, flavoured water (43p from tesco and syn free... nicer than tap water)
Went to the british legion last night for a game of pool and didn't resisted the free food my friends acquired.
Not a bad day all in all. I'm not going to but the syn values of things cos I'm really not good at keeping track.

Breakfast - melon (running late this morning)
Lunch - 2 turkey wholemeal rolls, pomegranate kiwi grape blueberry fruit salad
Don't be nervous. At the end of the day only you and the person weighing will know how much you weigh. (i actually weigh myself before hand which i know i shouldnt do but its not a big shock then). Definitely recommend the Hi-Fi chocolate and caramel bars. 3 syns each or you can have 2 as your HEXB. They are really nice and if you love chocolat they are perfect
i love them might have to buy two packs tomo
also your fruit salad sounds lovely do you just scoop the seeds out of the pomegranate? xx
no i cheated and bought it from tesco lol.

they're about £1.50 for a fairly small pot but they are really nice
