Need help please with my first day.
Hi all and happy new year,i joined slimming world yesterday(new years eve) a good day to join lol,so im folllowing the green days due to being a vegetarian it will suit me the best.
Im just trying to fill in my food diary that i was given for the first 4 weeks. Do i list it as meals or invidivual items?
so BREAKFAST was just an apple and banana as id joned at 9.30am and hadnt a clue until i got home what i would be having
midday black coffee
LUNCH was quorn turkey and stuffing slices(which i believe are free)plz let me know if anything is wrong here tho,and made a sandwich with 2 slices of nimble malted bread HEB,Lots of salad(tomato,lettuce,spring onion,cucumber,peppers)and a couple of spoons of cottage cheese wich was in the free section
DINNER i made a vegi chilli with tomatos,mushrooms,onion,red kidney beans,tinned tomatos with chilli,threw in a few baked beans that were left over in the fridge,quorn mince and chilli powder and had a small jacket potato with it
Evening i snacked on 10 raw hazelnuts and 10 raw almonds HEB
SYNS 3x 25ml taboo and diet coke =4.5 syns?
1x25ml vodka and diet coke =2.5syns?
Does this look correct plz and on my small food diary to fill in it asks free food superfree food do i just list them or write the meal thanks for the help,also i had a couple more drinks equalling 4 syns but after midnight so is it right to count them as the next days now..and it seems alot of food with no syns so hopefully ive not missed anything(unsure how i will use syns atm without the booze lol)
