    Went to do my DVD and the DVD player isn't connected in my parents house... Doh! Me and mam gonna go for a brisk walk (to the shops haha) but still its a walk! I'm taking my trainers as there's a gym in our hotel incase I get chance but if I don't no biggy! It is my weekend off afterall

    Back from our strut, pedometer says we burnt 260 cals.. How convenient my fudge kit kat chunky is 260 cals

    What pedometer do you use? I use an app on my phone however when I'm on holiday I won't be able to use it so I bought a ww pedometer but I've just sold it because I found it really clunky to use... Could be just me!!!

    I have for a heart rate monitor which would tell me how many cals I've burnt but i don't want to wear a watch when I'm out in the sun and it won't tell me the distance I have walked!

    It's a polar one... I have to wear a strap under my chest that has a monitor on it that connects to the watch.

    I'm gonna have to a look around of a decent pedometer that I can take with me aboard. I'm just curious to know how far I walk each day. The ww one was like stepping back into the dark ages!!!
