Hey everyone.
Thought I'd start a diary to keep me on track as I have recently signed up to do the Cardiff half marathon in October.
My aim is to lose 4st before then
So a bit about me, I'm 19 and I am applying to do paramedic science in university which is another reason i want to lose the weight! I started SW with CherryBlossom and the start of December and have been going pretty well so far (although being off college has messed up my eating because whenI'm bored I eat). I'm hoping to keep track of my food and exercise on here (we'll see how that goes).
Food diary will begin tomorrow (6/1). I'm doing EE.

). I did have a burger when I was down there cos I was pretty hungry. Now I've just got home and still pretty hungry so having what I was meant to have for tea, jacket potato, gammon and onion rings.
+2.5lbs = not good.
) then had a chicken salad sandwich from tesco and a bottle of coke zero along with a packet of mccoys cheese and onion crisps. One the way home from SJA meeting I had a chocolate croissant then went home for tea. Past with creme fresh, broccoli and sausage. Lots and lots of syns but I'm writing today and tomorrow due to exams.
