Hey everyone.
Thought I'd start a diary to keep me on track as I have recently signed up to do the Cardiff half marathon in October:whacky068:.
My aim is to lose 4st before then :eek:
So a bit about me, I'm 19 and I am applying to do paramedic science in university which is another reason i want to lose the weight! I started SW with CherryBlossom and the start of December and have been going pretty well so far (although being off college has messed up my eating because whenI'm bored I eat). I'm hoping to keep track of my food and exercise on here (we'll see how that goes).
Food diary will begin tomorrow (6/1). I'm doing EE.

So, day 1.
I was on duty at Swansea city football today and woke up late so didnt have time for breakfast :O not good I know. When I was there I had a ham salad sandwich on white bread which was the healthiest option I had to choose from. Along with the sandwich I had a twix bar and packet of salt and vinegar crisps. From now on I've decided (where possible) to take my own food cos there isn't a health option.
After the duty me and a few of my friends went ice skating (and I didn't fall over :D). I did have a burger when I was down there cos I was pretty hungry. Now I've just got home and still pretty hungry so having what I was meant to have for tea, jacket potato, gammon and onion rings.
All im all not a great first day but I start back in college tomorrow so I'll get back into a routine :)

Lets hope tomorrow is a better day
 
Day 2
First day back in college. Woke up late so didn't have time for a proper breakfast so grabbed an apple and ate it on the way. I probably should have had something more as my stomach was rumbling throughout my lecture. During my break I had a ham salad (brown) roll and a large black coffee to try and keep me awake. Not sure what I'm having for tea tonight yet but it'll probably be after WI. I seriously think I'm gonna have a gain this week as I've not been in college so haven't had a proper routine. Should be a lot better this week though as I'm going to plan my meals in advance so I don't go shopping each day and end up buying rubbish.
For tea I had beef goulash from the SW website. Really really nice :)

Weigh in tonight was bad :( +2.5lbs = not good.

Off to do 30 mins on the Wii now although it's hard to stay motivated!!!

Today's got off to a good start.
Had 2 weetabix and an apple for brekkie. Not sure what I'm having for lunch yet. may go into town and get a salad pot. yum yum. I will have a big lose this week!!!!!
 
Feel like I'm talking to myself but oh well....
Lunch - salad pot with ham, apple and banana and flavoured fizzy water (i get through bottles of the stuff!!!)
Just had an early tea of pasta, tinned toms and bacon with loads of chillies and italian seasoning. pretty nice as i made it in a rush as i'm out all night :)
 
Your not talking to yourself :) I read loads of diaries, dont always comment on them though. 2.5lbs not terrible, you could lose that and more in a week and its not worth thinking about, it'll be gone in no time, especially with the running.

Haven't been able to get on here as much as I would like as my laptop has broken and I have exams next week. However from next Wednesday I will be right on track. I always binge around exam times... talk about stress!!!
 
Omg had such a bad day today. Started of ok with an orange and pear for breakfast and a ham salad roll for lunch then it kinda all went down hill. Walkers S&V crisps and a pack of mcvities cookies ( I needed something sweet as I had my A-level Biology resit today:cry:) then had a chicken salad sandwich from tesco and a bottle of coke zero along with a packet of mccoys cheese and onion crisps. One the way home from SJA meeting I had a chocolate croissant then went home for tea. Past with creme fresh, broccoli and sausage. Lots and lots of syns but I'm writing today and tomorrow due to exams. :( back on it from thursday! (hopefully)
 
EXAMS ARE OVER TILL JUNE :D :D :D
Back on plan from tomorrow.... Just weighed on the Wii and it's not good :'( oh well
 
Feeling really un-motivated today :( just wanna curl up in a ball. I've deffo gained this week and its really putting me down.
 
Spent a good 2.5/3 hours clearing the snow from my road today. Who needs a gym?
Talk about aching now though... Don't do cold... or wet
 
bad start to the week already. Was running late so missed breakfast and had to go down to the university to hand in my course application form (fingers crossed I'll get in this year). So arrived at college 15 mins late due to bad road conditions and I was bloody starving!!! in my break I had a chicken tikka panini which was pretty horrible and a pack of 30g caramel snak-a-jacks. lots of syns and I'm still hungry :( weigh in tonight just hope it hasnt done too much damage x
 
Ahhhhh..... Had such a bad week so far :( feeling really unmotivated and everythings just gone down the drain. I have 2lbs to lose to get my stone but I just can't see it happening!!! I have no money, college work is stacking up and everything seems to be going wrong.

Sorry for ranting just need to get it off my chest :(
 
Todays not been too bad... still feeling unmotivated and I'm going out for my works (late) xmas do with free drinks. I can see it ending badly. Anyone got any low syn drink ideas?
 
Last week is last week!!!... and its now gonna stay in the past. Not been too bad today. But I've had an offer for an interview at university so i'm chuffed atm!!! one of the main reasons i'm trying to lose weight :D
 
another ad week :( heads just not in it atm. Doesn't help that I feel i'm on my own. like my mum will make food (still live at home) and she'll add loads of oil and its just like NOOOOOO and then I went to stay with my aunt and se ordered a chinese and i couldn't turn round to her and say no. i'm really down about it atm cos i had really good loses at the start and now i'm up and down. Any advice right now would be fab :)
 
Seems i didn't have as bad a week as i thought i did. 2lbs off. I was smiling like a flippin' cheshire cat!!! 1 more to go till my stone :D I will do it this week!!!
