    Shabbs Diary (let it be the last)

    Hi everyone, hope your weight loss journeys are going well for you!
    So here I am again!! Literally joined SW so many times I have lost count ;-/
    I never go all the way see.. just maybe do the diet properly for 1 maybe 2 weeks then I mess about, silly really seen as I need to lose around 8 stone!
    I really want to succeed this time I am fed up of bieng this big and want to be happy with my appearance again!
    All advice and support needed and very much appreciated ? Sher x

    Just done my food shop so I have Lots of healthy and scrummy food on its way including the new Turkish delight muller lights everyone seem to be loving at the moment x

    that is the same as me I have done slimming world so many times before and lasted about a month lol but this time I have stuck to it 100%

    If you have the right mind set you will do absolutely fine
    keep up the good work so far and you will be to weight you want to be in no time x

    Had a very productive day today ;D
    Made chicken and veg rice and SW scotch eggs!!
    All was very yummy..proud of myself!

    At the min I am loving toffee mullerlight yoghurt with a banana! It is sooo yummy. If I could eat that for breakfast lunch and dinner I would lol

    I don't eat chocolate as I had chocolate out of my syns one week and I gained 1/2 pound then the following week I didn't have chocolate and the 1/2 came back off. I think my body has to lose weight by cutting out the fatty foods completely. I use my syns for your cardboard/fridge things like butter,jam,salad cream light and dinner sauces. That's the only thing I really use my syns for. I stay away from everything else but that is my choice and it seems to be working for me I think everyone is different.

    That makes sense hun I try to use my syns on the sauces etc rather then the chocolate and sweet things but if I really want some I will use my syns for naughtys now and again you know.
    Oh yes one of my favs too toffee yog with banana something u have always done even when not on a diet!

    Me too if I'm feeling naughty then ill have a curly wurly which is only 6 syns and I put them In the freezer so that I can enjoy longer lol
    ML toffee is defo something I would have if not on a diet too lol

    That's a good idea to keep you focused, yes I'm defo feeling positive we have lots of snow here and this would normally be an excuse to fail a diet "oh we'll it's snowing I can cheat" so silly but something I do lol
    But this time however I just locked myself
    In the kitchen and got cracking on some healthy meals then had a long walk in the snow in the afternoon!
    Being in control feels goooood! X

    I am debating on joining the gym... In the past I've paid to join a gum and never used it... I do aqua aerobics on a Thursday and bokwa on a Monday when it starts lol and when the snow stops I am starting the couch to 5k xxx
