Hi everyone - hope you are all ok.
Im natalie, 28, mummy to Isla (almost 9m). I did SW before I got pg and lost 3 1/2 st, needless to say I've pretty much put it all back on.
Im starting SW tomorrow again. Im also back at work tomorrow too so fresh start all round! Im still bf so think I get some more heas and hebs. Anyone any idea how many?
Made a soup for lunches for the week (3 days).
Can anyone tell me if this is free on ee:
carrots, leeks, swede, potato, onions, chick stock cube, brown rice, dried country mix (adzuki beans, barley, lentils, split peas), red kidney beans, brown beans, canellini beans, butter beans, harricot beans, green lima beans, flagelot beans, pinto beans).
Am hoping so - I used to make this all the time. My group referred to is as speed soup.
