    BMI Information:

    Red face Back on track as of tomorrow!!!

    I've been big, slim then big again, but now is time to take control. I joined slimming world before Xmas but gave up after no time due to the temptations. Jumped on the scales tonight and haven't even put a pound on (cant get my head around that!). Tomorrows the day... I've been to tescos this evening and got my shopping in and have made a slimming world chilli con carne for tomorrow's dinner. Being prepared is a big thing for me as I work different shifts latest finishing at 1:00am so trying to get into a routine of not eating when I get in needs to be a must!

    Chilli Con Carne:
    Extra lean mince
    courgette
    red onions
    peppers
    garlic
    cumin
    cayenne pepper
    tinned tomatoes
    passatta
    and a splash of Worcester sauce.

    i will mainly be doing extra easy days.

    Also going back to the gym and took up Zumba last week
    .
    Everyday is good day to SUCCEED!
