Slimming World III
I'm Sophie, I'm 18 years old from Essex, when I first started I weighed 12st12.5 for my height I don't look over over weight but you feel unhappy and bloated all the time! I joint slimming world on the 7th of Jan 2013 for the third, I have joint slimming world twice before and every time I have lost a lot of weight but once you've lost it you start putting on the pounds again!
In my first week I lost 5lbs and I think exercising has done the trick but hope I loose about 3lbs this week so I can loose half a stone! If anyone has any really nice recipes or low syns that would be FAB!
Today I have ate:
Breakfast: 1 slimming world orange and chocolate bar (healthy extra)
4 tiny tangerines and a banana
Lunch: Quorn Mince
2 packs of prawns (marks and spencers) 3 syns
Milky bar cripsy rolls (6.5 syns)
Dinner (already no what I'm having oops)
Grilled chicken & salad!
And also been on the running machine walking for an hour!
If anything is wrong with that please let me know! I really want to change the way eat not just go on a diet!
