    Yes I think so! They are lovely to have for a quick snack & do a good job of warming u up in this freezing weather. I had the roast chicken flavour tonight which was lovely & a bit thicker than the others I've had. Still got to try the tomato pasta flavour yet so don't know what that's like!

    Hello hello, ive just been having a little read hope you dont mind.
    You have both been doing amazing with your losses! I had my first weigh in tonight, it was ok but not as good as Id hope but nvm.

    I just been told im not eating enough but feel like im having loads as having 3 proper meals a day with snacks such as yog and fruit also.
    Any hints or tips?x

    hi Emma, i would just say dont be scared of eating! as long as its free or superfree you cant go wrong! you have upto 15 syns a day also for crisps, chokky or whatever you like! dont be disheartened with your first weightloss, dont let it put you off being good! you could have an even better loss next week! xx

    thought i should write up what i had yesterday so i can always look back on it if i start to feel like im loosing control!

    HXA skimmed mik
    HXB 2x hifi bars

    breakfast
    just a banana on the way to the supermarket!

    lunch
    omlette made with 2 eggs,onions,peppers & ham
    hifi light bar HXB

    break 1 at work
    mullerlight with grapes, strawberries & banana

    tea at work
    pasta,tuna,tomatoes,cucumber,peppers & extra light mayo 2syns

    break 2 at work
    grapes, strawberries,banana & hifi light bar HXB

    after work snack
    mugshot & weight watchers salt & vinegar hoops 3.5 syns

    total syns for the day 5.5!

    todays plan, im working again so it will be similar to yesterdays!

    breakfast
    porrige made with water HXB & a banana

    low fat super noodles with peppers & mushrooms

    coffee before work with a hifi bar 3 syns

    break 1 at work
    muller light, strawberries, grapes & banana

    tea at work
    pasta, ham, lettuce,tomatoes, peppers, cucumber with fat free dressing (free)

    break 2 at work
    grapes, strawberries, banana & an alpen light bar 3 syns

    i will update later if i have anything when i get in from work as i ususlly like a snack before bed!

    feeling really fed up now
    yesterday & today have been a disaster due to a family birthday party & going out for a meal last night
    i get weighed on monday night so i have tomorrow to be good i suppose!
    i hate it when i cant stick to the plan 100% because of socialising!
    i really wanted to get 1.5lbs off to get my half stone but i doubt that will happen now!

    will probably snack on something tonight but as of yet i dont know! i need to be extra good to make up for the last 2 days!

    Hi, it was my own concoction of lean gammon (hubbys idea!) a pack of stewpack (carrots, parsnip, swede onions) i added a potato & used a pack of dried broth mix lentils etc. i added a couple of chicken stock cubes for a bit more flavour. it was ok just a bit too thick & bland for my taste, i think next time im going to use chicken & add a lot more spices for extra flavour!

    ive just had my sunday lunch so im nice & stuffed for now!

    the food for the rest of my day was;
    my HXB 2 x hifi bars with a coffee & a mugshot for my supper.

    total syns for the day.. only 2!! i get weighed tomorrow night so hopefully i wont put anything on!

    i gained half a pound tonight nevermind! hope it'll be off next week! in class tonight the consutant asked if i would do the weighing! so i said yep why not! i enjoyed it im doing it next week too so maybe it'll spur me on to be extra good this week!
