    PLEASE HELP ME

    Hello I have bout 6 stone to lose. First week lost a horrible half pound even though I was very strict. Week two slimmer of the week 3.5lb.. then this week 0.5lb again. im so down.

    sorry im new too, only a week in so I too may be feeling crap tomorrow when I have the first weigh in! BUT did you keep a food diary? Your consultant should be looking at it and giving you advise to help you, thats what theyre their for! Ive been told that if you dont eat enough you wont loose and if you dont drink enough you wont either. Its easy to say as I know I havent been eating as much as advised after years of trying to cope on tiny portions and not snack we are now being told snacking is your friend lol.

    Just keep going and make sure you talk to your consultant! x
    The best time to start losing weight is yesterday, the second best is NOW!
    Nothing tastes as good as thin is going to feel -REPEAT LOL
