    Hi all....little bit of waffle....been up and down weight wise for bloody yrs....2011 nov started ww and lost 28lb....was doin so well then may 2012...Dad died!!! ...........whats the first thing i did????? comfort food! ....all bk on and more......i wanted a fresh start as now its time for me!....so i have started slimming world with a friend and am feeling good! ......thanks for listening xxxx
