Thought i would give this a go as a way of seeing where I go right and where i go wrong. Any advice glady received. I started a few weeks ago and lost 1lb first week and 4lb the second so will see how i get on.

Anyway today went as follows:

Thanks. Am trying really hard this time. All the fruit and veg still doesn't stop the chocolate cravings.
