The control is already built into the plan for you. Just follow it, fill up on all your free and superfree, weigh and measure your healthy extra's and carefully count your syns. Some weeks you will have a bigger loss than others, if you look back over what you have lost in 2 wks, that's 5 lb. Don't discount the 1 lb losses, they all add up. You'll soon have the first half stone off.
One of the girls in our group lost 12 stone, and she looks amazing. It took her nearly 2 years, but she never gave up, even on the bad weeks.
