Lets hope in 2013,i can say goodbye to 13st !!!!

Well I have decided that 2013 is going to be MY year....

I finally feel motivated to lose some weight and I'm determined to succeed. I want to be able to go out and NOT be the fat awkward friend hiding in the corner of the club.

I started slimming world on 14/01/2013 weighing 13st4lbs, my first week I lost 4lbs and then this week I lost 1lb. I'm disappointed as I thought I had been extra 'good' but looking back I was over cautious and don't think I ate enough.

I'm not going to let this hold me back, as my mum said a loss is better than a gain. Up until now I have been doing extra easy but I think i need a little more control so going to attempt the green plan... Wish me luck.
 
The control is already built into the plan for you. Just follow it, fill up on all your free and superfree, weigh and measure your healthy extra's and carefully count your syns. Some weeks you will have a bigger loss than others, if you look back over what you have lost in 2 wks, that's 5 lb. Don't discount the 1 lb losses, they all add up. You'll soon have the first half stone off.
One of the girls in our group lost 12 stone, and she looks amazing. It took her nearly 2 years, but she never gave up, even on the bad weeks.
Anything is possible. xx

Thanks .... I need to be realistic so as you say 5lb in 2weeks is amazing. If I can keep that up il be happy :)
 
Well day one of the new week .... Decided to try a green day!

Breakfast:

2 poached eggs
Beans
Grilled tomatoes and mushrooms

Lunch:

Homemade vegetable soup
4 Ryvita (HeB)
4 laughing cow light (HeA) saved the 5th for dinner
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion

Dinner :

65g Salmon (HeB)
Baked potato filled with my last laughing cow
Rocket salad cucumber, peppers, tomatoes and red onion
Corn on the cob
Homemade dressing fat free natural yoghurt and sweet chilli sauce ( 1.5 syns )

Snacks

Grapes, orange, apple
Muller light yoghurt


Weather was rubbish today but I managed to get out a walk with the dog and then going to do some just dance 4 on the wii ( big kid at heart )
