So, for the longest time I've hated by body shape.... Constantly comparing my life to my slimmer friends, convinced of the fact that my happiness lay in my ability to fit into a size 10!
This was until last year, when I was lucky enough to meet a man who loves me and my curves! As a fully figured man himself, when we met he was already a member of Slimming World and had made good progress in losing a couple of stone.....then love & life got in the way until we found ourselves at the start of 2013!
Which is where my/our quest begins!
This isn't the same persuit of happiness that I longed for all those years, as I am happy with life, but a quest to make sure that me and my other half can live healthily & happily ever after!
So my first weight in was the 3rd January and so far I've lost my first stone....but this is when it gets serious and Curvy Katy's Quest really begins!
Session with a personal trainer booked for Monday 6.30am (mad or what), food menu sorted for the rest of the week....any other top tips?
