Hi everyone, I'm a newbie! Did slimming world a year ago and lost 7lbs, and also did it a few years ago and lost 2 st. Unfortunately that's come back so here I am again. I'm doing it from home so wanted to post my diary for others to comment on and advise if I am going wrong etc. i am a teacher who works ridiculous hours and tries to fit in the gym most evenings too, so im very often short on time. here's what I've had for the last few days... Nb: the cereal I am eating is weta is crunchy bran stuff, I generally have salad on the side of main meals, skimmed milk for hea and all cheese I use is the light reduced fat stuff.
Cereal (heb) and milk (from hea allowance)
Tuna pasta salad - 0.5syns for mayo
Apple and grapes

Innocent veg pot with chicken - 2syns (this was vile and barely at even half but synned anyway then ate after the gym!

Tuna pasta salad and sweet chilli sauce - 1.5 syns
Frittata 1.5 syns for cheese (made with eggs, fat free cottage cheese, a load of veg and lean bacon)

Creamy cheese prawn pasta - made with Philly light, lot of veg, prawns and salmon
