Weight loss rolls on - Yeeha!
Weighed myself today and I've lost another 3lbs which means 13 lb in total! Am very pleased asI ate out for the first time over the weekend - chicken Saak at an Indian - and still lost weight!! I have so much weight to lose but it's a start.
My favourite recipe this week was the PepsiMax (diet coke) chicken! Fabulous and felt like a take away. We put loads of veg in the rice and served it with salad and I just loved it!
Also had a few long walks over the weekend but need to get exercise level up. Anyone recommend wiifit? Let me know what you think.
