Skulldilocks Food diary
Okay Well, I have been keeping a food diary since I started my journey over on Wordpress but there just aren't enough people using it to give me the support and advice I need, so I am transferring onto here. Me and my OH have been doing the plan since September and a slow start means so far I have lost 1 st 2 lbs. I weigh in at group every Wednesday evening so will update you guys then! I normally do EE days but have been attempting success express for the last two weeks, so fingers crossed for a good loss tonight. Wednesday's tend to be the day I'll go a little of plan, so will start my food diary as of tomorrow as I am going food shopping tonight.
Cannot wait to go back to EE, missed my SW chips and the like! haha

Thanks hun and I guess its not too bad, I just wasn't as dedicated as I am now and I guess I felt like I'd wasted my money for the first couple of months. but I've got about 7 months to lose 2st 5 so I'm hoping thats doable! x
Lost 3 lbs! Glad of that can finally wave byebye to Success Express until its really needed again and prepare to get my 1 and a half stone award. 2lbs next week lets do this!
Extra Easy day. Dinner isn't very experimental due as I am going to have to rush home and and rush out to a friend in need.
B: 2 weetabix (HEX B), skimmed milk in tea and on cereal (HEX A) Sweetener, 2x Tea and banana (SF)
L: Mugshot tomato and herb, Alpen Light (3), Apple (SF/S), Clementine (SF/S), Muller light
D: Savoury chinese rice, Mushrooms (SF/S), Onions (SF/S), Peppers (SF/S), Courgette (SF/S), Quorn pieces (S) Soy sauce
3 litres of water, peppermint tea, 4 mikado white (2)
Total Syns: 5
Body magic: 30 mins walking plus another possible 20-40 mins walking tonight

Thank you! Nice to see I now have someone on here at the same weight as me :D I think eventually I will change my target to 11 like you but for now 12 will be ok :)

I know exactly what you mean! I want my curves still but BMI says curves are baaad! lol. We'll see when I get there I guess. Sucks your docs being mean about it! I need to get under 13st so I can go back on the medication I was on so I think 12 is a fair deal
I need to get into "healthy" BMI range to get on meds that might help me but not give me the nasty depressive side effects of my last lot. I'll get there in a few years haha

Today's diary. I have a gig in London to review tonight and didnt want to be tempted by grabbing something quick at the train station or in Camden. There is a subway but I figured to save money I'd take my own :)
