Red face JoJos journey to target

Sooo I lost 4 stone and was on my way with 9.5lbs to get to target before Christmas. Over Christmas, NY, my birthday and a holiday away I've put on about a stone So at the moment I'm stuck in a bit of a rut and still not being 100% honest with my eating, sneaking in bits and pieces, I need to give myself a kick up the bum. I've not been on minimins or been doing much exercise with the weather either - feeling sorry for myself now!

My group has also switched about and I'm just not happy attending anymore, so I will be doing my weigh ins from home and using the forum as my support. I'm going to try and get back on track!

    Lets do it!

My food has still not been great, I'm about 80% back on plan then I'm sneaking in nibbles and extra healthy A and B choices throughout the day.

Started a 90 day exercise programme which is kicking my ass, literally! On day 2 and hoping that its going to start getting slightly easier! x
