First week of slimming world....success is beyond the snicker bar...
Hello, I am new to this group and new to slimming world!! I am only 20 and would like to lose quite a bit of weight, so that i can slide into jeans rather than haul myself in! My lovely mummy persuaded me to do slimming world, and I have just finished week 1, losing 4lbs! Some may say that 'isn't much' for week one, but I feel better in myself and I haven't been depriving myself! Yesterday, my best friend was eating a snickers bar (my guilty pleasure; one of many) and i ate half! I instantly felt guilty afterward and thought i had gained some weight from half a snickers bar...paranoid! I weighed myself today and was -4lb to my suprise! I feel a lot better about myself, and if anyone has any tips for me to stick to this diet then PLEASE come forward - your fellow dieter needs YOU!!!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
4lb is a good loss for any week. Not everyone has losses that big not even on week one.
