from tubster to target, my final diary
i have had more diarys than hot meals but i have decided today that enough is enough, im sticking with slimming world and am going to have this diary and commit myself to posting what i eat every day. i WILL get to blooming target.
so far.....i started in may 2011 weighing 14 stone lost 2.5 with sw in around a year then around another stone with calorie counting, hit 10 stone 2 in december then bounced back up to 10.10, i was 10.5 at last weigh in almost 2 weeks ago but have been so bad since then. tuesday will be my first weigh in again and i am going to power through. i want to hit target this year.
Ok so here goes, day 1. Armed with my magazine I'm going to make a shopping list want to try out new recipes to keep
Today I haven't eaten Sw style at all as my shopping won't come until tomorrow. Been naughty but will list it
Dinner: 2 50/50 slices of bread, tuna sweet corn filling
Tea: patty, chips and mushy peas
Snacks: minstrels, tea 1 sugar
Dinner: blt on ciabatta ? Syns
Tea: tagliatelle ribbon veg 6 syns for cheese from magazine
Today I have taken chicken cacciatore out for my tea. I'm really busy so I plan on making it this afternoon so I can just eat straight away when I get home tonight after a MATHS test EEK!!!!!!

it was ok thanks hun not as hard a s i thought but then ive done this before thinking its easy and completely got it wrong hahaha.
it was chicken drumsticks and thighs fried til brown, then onion pepper mushroom garlic bacon celery fried then added to a bnig pan with the chicken and 100ml chicken stock and 2 tins of cherry toms but i couldnt find the, so just got tinned toms and then cook until chicken is done. was gorgeous! i had it with rice. how are you getting on x
