Ive been on SW for almost a month EE at first now throwing in some red days as I feel less bloated on them..
So Red Day today......
2 eggs in fry light and 2 rashers bacon mushrooms(fat off)
Vanilla mullerlight, Apple
2 slices wholemeal bread (HEB) and Lean turkey with 1tsp piccalli (2syns)
Tea with sweetner and Milk (HEA)
Chicken thighs skin off cooked in fry light and No syn Homemade bbq sauce
2 laughing cow light (HEA) and 2 rivita (HEB)
Packet of french Fries (6 syns)
